Please note that while we've tried to represent colors as accurately as possible they may vary slightly from the way they appear on your computer monitor. As we are unable to accept returns on opened products we highly recommend that you order SAMPLES if you are unsure about any of our color.

Shipping prices are flat rates in the continental US. Rates are added when you are ready to check out.

Cancellation Of Orders & Returns:
If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must email us ASAP. If your order has not been sent, we will cancel it without charge.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply:
We do accept returns or exchanges for any full sized products within 7 days of purchase. For products for return, we must receive the unused and unopened containers with the seal intact, in the same condition as they were originally sent by Modern Minerals. For reasons of hygiene we will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been opened or used or is not in the exact condition in which it was sent by us. **We do not accept returns on sample sized products.
Please contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned, we will then issue you with a email confirmation and an address to send the goods back to us. Modern Minerals Inc is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend that customers return the products to us with a tracking number and postage insurance. We will not refund of the cost to ship the returned products. Refunds will be made to the same account charged within 30 business days of receipt of the returned goods.
Damaged Products:
If a newly ordered product has been damaged in transit to you or is faulty, please email us at info@modernminerals.ca within 48 hours. We will gladly arrange a replacement. Return the damaged item by regular post and we will refund you for standard USPS rate and send you a replacement of the same item without further postage charge.
Ordering Policies:
Sample sizes are provided for sale to help customers in choose the correct shade(s) and we will not accept repeated or multiple orders for samples of the same shade. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders delivered to a P.O. Box. Modern Minerals Inc will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect shipping addresses which have been provided by the customer at the time of ordering so please make sure your details are correct when you place your order.
Taxes and Duties:
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
Consumer Awareness:
Modern Minerals Inc. will not be held responsible for any reaction to any of our ingredient or product we offer. We offer sample of our eyeshadows & foundation so to try on your skin first to test for any allergic reactions. By using our site, you agree to the terms of our policies. When using mineral powders, we advise avoiding inhalation, direct contact in eyes and not for human ingestion. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact a physician. The information presented herein is intended for educational purposes only. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and Health Canada and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. There are no micronized minerals or nanoparticles in our foundation or blushes.
Do not use any product containing Ultramarine Blue, Ultramarine Violet, Ultramarine Pink, Ferric Ferrocyanides, or Chromium Oxide Green on lips.
